Job Description

Make a direct impact on early education as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) providing itinerant services for preschool early intervention across Carbon or Lehigh County, PA. Bring your passion for supporting communication development to a rewarding, flexible contract assignment spanning the 2026-2027 school year. While based in a supportive regional team, your day-to-day work offers variety and meaningful connections, serving young children and potentially transitioning to PreK12 students as the academic year progresses.
Your role will include:
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active provisional or temporary Pennsylvania SLP license required Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged Experience or practicum in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adaptable approachcomfortable with changing caseloads and age groups Reliable transportation for travel within assigned county
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy for preschool early intervention students at various sites Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment, tracking progress and outcomes Collaborate with educators and families to support student goals Maintain clear documentation to comply with state and federal guidelines Transition between preschool and school-age caseloads as assignments shift Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
