Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

Overview Pediatric Therapy Source is hiring a part time SLP to join our outpatient team. This position is part time, with 10-15 hours available per week. Therapist must have Monday/Friday availability. This position is W2 and the pay range is $45-$50 per hour. Interested candidates may submit resume to info@pediatrictherapysource.com Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, prelinguistic, and social language disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions through in-person sessions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and strategies to support ongoing progress. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Experience Prior experience in outpatient pediatric preferred Experiences with children ages 1-8 years preferred

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
