A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary school students across multiple school locations throughout Washington and Greene County. The SLP will collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams to support student communication, language development, and academic success. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to serve students across diverse educational settings. Caseload Details Elementary School Students School-Based Setting Multiple School Sites Across Washington and Greene County Key Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct speech and language therapy services Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Support students' communication needs across educational settings Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Travel between assigned school locations as needed Qualifications PA SLP Educator Certificate Pennsylvania SLP License Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply, if eligible Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Knowledge of IEP processes and special education services preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Why Join Sunbelt Staffing?
