Carlisle, PA A skilled nursing setting in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) . This role is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing speech-language therapy programs to help residents regain communication and swallowing functions and improve overall quality of life. Responsibilities Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services in accordance with established standards and facility procedures Evaluate residents and obtain data necessary for effective treatment planning Develop individualized treatment plans, including targeted interventions and short- and long-term goals Implement therapy programs addressing communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders Educate residents, families, and staff on speech-language strategies to support continued progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Pennsylvania Master's degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates considered BLS Certification required Why Join?
