Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) Recent experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and meet compliance requirements Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support student academic and personal growth Provide guidance to classroom staff and families regarding student needs and progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students with communication challenges
