Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP license (state requirements must be met for assignment) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply Experience in pediatric and school-based settings Familiarity with elementary school populations and IEP processes Teletherapy experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of elementary-aged students, delivering direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in line with students' IEPs Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators to support student needs Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings Provide teletherapy services, as needed, to ensure students continue receiving care in varying circumstances Immerse yourself in a supportive school setting where your skills will have a meaningful impact each day.
