We are seeking a skilled SLP to support students at the elementary level, with a need arising due to a recent scheduling change with our previous provider. In this role, you'll empower young learners to enhance their communication skills and reach their full academic potential in a supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Pennsylvania SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Previous experience providing therapy in school settings, especially with elementary-aged children Strong knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct in-depth assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team Maintain detailed records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings Support classroom teachers with strategies to integrate communication goals across learning activities Promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages every student's growth and participation

Assignment Details:
