Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required Prior experience delivering speech and language services in a school setting Comfortable working with K-8th grade students with diverse needs Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and staff Ability to develop tailored intervention plans and maintain thorough documentation

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across K-8 Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals Collaborate closely with teachers and educational teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and legal requirements Provide support and resources to families regarding student progress and strategies for success Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
