9662555-19020 Job Description Empower young learners and make a difference this upcoming school year in a vibrant K-8 setting, working as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity is an ideal fit if you thrive in a collaborative, supportive educational environment and want to help students achieve their full communication potential. Work closely with a caseload of 20 students, providing both assessment and intervention services over 2-3 days per week. Youll play a key role in performing evaluations, developing individualized plans, and partnering with families and staff to ensure exceptional student progress throughout the 2026-2027 school year. To excel in this position, ideal candidates should have: Active Pennsylvania SLP License and relevant Educator Certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience in K-8 school settings (preferred) Expertise in conducting thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Primary responsibilities will include: Performing comprehensive speech-language evaluations for a diverse K-8 caseload Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans for students Collaborating with classroom teachers, families, and support staff Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports to ensure compliance and ongoing student growth Contributing to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Enjoy comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching, supporting your well-being both on and off the job.
