Make a Difference as a Per Diem Physical Therapist Weekday Availability | PA Soldiers' and Sailors' Home | Erie, PA Are you a Speech Language Pathologist who values meaningful work, flexibility, and making a real impact? Benchmark Therapies is seeking weekday Per Diem SLPs to join our caring, dedicated team at the PA Soldiers' and Sailors' Home in Erie, PA. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality care to veterans in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Provide personalized, high-quality occupational therapy services Build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their independence and well-being Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems Guide residents, families, and staff through therapy goals, outcomes, and the value of rehabilitation Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction Collaborate closely with a supportive, passionate therapy team What You'll Bring A degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program An active Pennsylvania SLP license in good standing A genuine appreciation for and interest in serving the veteran community Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset A positive, supportive approach to patient care What We Offer A flexible, as-needed position No minimum coverage requirements beyond once every six months A supportive, relationship-centered workplace culture
