Job Description

Bring your passion for speech-language pathology to an exciting opportunity supporting preschool early intervention programs in either Carbon County or Lehigh County on a contract basis. As a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow, you'll provide crucial itinerant services and play a key role in helping young learners develop essential communication skills. This position is ideal for adaptable and motivated professionals eager to work with children from preschool through high school, as assignments may shift to school-age caseloads throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

Proof of active provisional or temporary Pennsylvania SLP License required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences preferred Eligible for or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in early intervention services and working within educational settings Comfortable providing itinerant, in-person services and traveling within assigned counties Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach Ability to commute reliably to locations within

Carbon or Lehigh County Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy and assessments for preschoolers in early intervention programs Manage a dynamic caseload with regular travel to multiple sites as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams and families Maintain thorough documentation, progress records, and comply with local and state guidelines Adapt to school-year changes, supporting students from PreK through grade 12 as assignments evolve
