Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license and Pennsylvania state certification required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered. School-based experience is valuable, though candidates from healthcare or other clinical environments are welcome. Strong organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families. Dedication to evidence-based practices, individualized education, and student advocacy. Ability to adapt to a diverse student population.

Responsibilities Include:

Delivering speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments and therapy to K-4 students. Developing and implementing IEPs in compliance with state and federal requirements. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and working with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes. Maintaining accurate documentation of services, progress, and reports. Consulting with teachers and families to offer strategies for supporting students' communication goals in both academic and social settings.
