Job Description
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
- Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required—please submit both with your resume
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, ideally with diverse K-12 caseloads
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to onsite engagement across multiple school buildings (virtual options are not available at this time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapy to students one-on-one or in small groups
- Offer consultation and support to classroom teachers
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
