Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) -
PRN Location:
Hanover Hall - Hanover, PA Hanover Hall is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services at our skilled nursing facility in Hanover, PA. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a dedicated clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule flexibility.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech-language pathology services within your scope of practice Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs Implement targeted interventions that support communication, cognition, swallowing safety, and functional independence Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary care team Document care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
What You'll Bring:
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable BLS certification Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a resident-centered mindset Why Join Hanover Hall?
