Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic school-based environment supporting students across K-12 as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Located near Hershey and Harrisburg, PA, this opportunity is ideal for SLPs with their CCC, eager to make an impact throughout the academic year. Full-time schedules are available at 35 hours per week, working with a welcoming educational team in a collaborative setting. There are three K-12 maternity leave coverage positions available: Start as soon as possible and continue through mid-October. Begin mid-October and extend through January. Start mid-December and run until March. Following these assignments, you'll have the opportunity to extend your contract through the end of the school year, transitioning to an early intervention caseload.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid SLP-CCC certification required. Previous experience in a school-based setting, working with K-12 populations. Ability to adapt quickly and work independently across different grade levels. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy and intervention services to K-12 students. Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create positive learning environments. Manage a diverse caseload, with transitions between school-aged and early intervention groups. Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district requirements.
