Job Overview Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist or a Traveling Physical Therapist looking for a part time pediatric outpatient position with flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive work environment? Our companies (TeleVine Therapy in Danville, PA and Goepfert Speech Associates in Hershey, PA) are looking for PA-licensed Speech Pathologists and a traveling Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-person, in-clinic individualized speech therapy in both our locations and traveling physical therapy in our Danville location. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP or PT who wants to maintain flexibility -- or for a someone who wants to build on a caseload at a comfortable pace. We can develop your schedule and caseload based on your availability and preferred workload. We have a comfortable office environment and access to a variety of therapy materials and clinical resources. Our current needs are as following:
Speech-Language Pathologist:
In person in both our Danville and Hershey locations, either mid-day (10-2) or after-school (3-6).
Traveling Physical Therapist:
Our current traveling Pediatric Physical Therapist is retiring at the end of October and currently has about 11 clients we are looking to transition. (She sets her own schedule each week.)
Future Needs:
In March 2027 we have need for two Speech-Language Pathologists to fill 1) an 8-week FT maternity leave school position in Northumberland County, and 2) a 12-week PT maternity leave school position in Dauphin County (3 days/week). We offer W-2 positions or 1099. Duties Conduct thorough assessments for patients across different age groups, including early intervention and school-aged populations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs Deliver engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Engage with parents and caregivers to educate them on therapy goals, progress, and strategies for supporting development at home Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately Adapt therapy methods for telehealth delivery when necessary, ensuring continuity of care through virtual platforms Requirements Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Physical Therapist Proven experience working with children in pediatrics or early intervention and school based populations. Experience with autism, apraxia and AAC devices preferred Strong knowledge of therapy principles, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans Experience working with individuals with disabilities across diverse populations Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient management Ability to adapt therapy techniques for virtual delivery when required Excellent collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams and engaging with families or caregivers effectively Join us if you're passionate about making a difference through innovative therapy solutions and collaborative teamwork!
