Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current Pennsylvania state licensure for SLP practice Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Familiarity with 6th12th grade populations is a plus Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs at the middle and high school levels Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for caseload of 37 students Participate in meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional development as needed
