Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required. Prior experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in a school setting. Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Ability to adapt and implement evidence-based therapy. Organizational skills, with a focus on documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy tailored to the diverse needs of K-12 students. Perform screenings, assessments, and evaluative reports within compliance guidelines. Contribute actively to IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff. Track student progress and maintain accurate records throughout the assignment. Offer consultative services and recommendations to enhance student participation and academic success. Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere to help all students thrive.
