Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Early Intervention Speech Therapist, where you will play a vital role in supporting young children with speech, language, and communication challenges. In this rewarding position, you will provide specialized therapy services to children in their earliest developmental stages, helping them build essential communication skills that foster confidence and independence. Your expertise will directly impact children's lives by promoting optimal speech and language development through personalized, evidence-based interventions. This position offers a flexible schedule and an exciting opportunity to work closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams dedicated to early childhood growth and success. Duties Provide individualized therapy tailored to each child and family's unique needs, incorporating early intervention best practices. Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on improving speech clarity, language comprehension, social communication skills, and feeding behaviors when necessary. Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them on strategies to support their child's development at home and in everyday routines. Monitor progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of developmental milestones. Document therapy sessions, assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately in compliance with agency standards. Stay current with the latest research in pediatrics, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to inform effective intervention strategies. Experience Prior experience working with children in pediatric environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques specific to early childhood development and pediatrics. Excellent ability to build rapport with children and their families effectively. Ability to communicate effectively with parents and caregivers. Pay:
$75.00 - $92.00 per hour
