Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract A school district in Lancaster, PA is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship in a supportive and collaborative K-12 environment with strong mentorship. Position Overview Full-time, Monday-Friday (35-40 hours/week) Onsite role serving PreK-12 students (assignment based on district needs) Supervision provided by a licensed SLP to support CF completion Full school year contract with potential for renewal Caseload Details Average caseload: 40-60 students (varies by building) Students across general and special education settings Areas of service include: Articulation & phonological disorders Receptive/expressive language delays Social/pragmatic communication Fluency and voice disorders Potential exposure to: Early childhood (PreK) populations Autism spectrum disorders AAC and assistive technology
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement IEP goals Provide direct therapy (individual & small group) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Maintain compliant documentation Pennsylvania State Requirements (SLP-CF) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligibility for Educational Specialist Certificate (Instructional I) through the Pennsylvania Department of Education Temporary/CF licensure through the Pennsylvania State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Required clearances: FBI Fingerprinting PA Child Abuse Clearance PA Criminal Background Check Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
