Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an
SLP ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and staff Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Work directly with children in both one-on-one and small group settings to address speech and language goals Provide professional input and support for the educational team at IEP meetings Communicate student progress effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators Maintain timely, accurate documentation according to district and legal standards You'll find this opportunity both fulfilling and dynamic, giving you a platform to make a difference every day while expanding your professional skills.
