Qualifications and Experience:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Valid educator certification to practice in school settings Previous experience working within K-8 or school-based environments preferred Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adept at designing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) Passion for helping students achieve their fullest communicative potential

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-8, adhering to each student's IEP goals Conduct assessments, develop SOAP notes, and monitor progress for assigned caseload Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive strategies in general and special education classrooms Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions regarding students' needs Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school and state guidelines
