You will assess communication and swallowing needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to help individuals improve their communication, independence, and quality of life. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, You'll... Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing evaluations. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based speech, communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing therapy. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate caregivers on communication strategies, AAC use, and safe swallowing practices. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in required meetings and trainings.

What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to home and community-based service locations. Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), providing home or community-based services, and working with AAC or dysphagia management is preferred. English proficiency is required; bilingual proficiency, including Spanish, is a plus.
