A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Clear Path Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and therapist-led pediatric practice headquartered in Mechanicsburg, PA, with school-based, early intervention, and outpatient services provided throughout Central Pennsylvania. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated school-based team in the Manchester, PA area. In this role, the Speech-Language Pathologist will partner with local school districts to support students with a wide range of communication needs through evaluations, therapy services, consultation, and IEP development and implementation. We are committed to helping our clinicians focus on what matters most: providing high-quality services to students while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education/certifications: MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CFs are welcome! Mentorship offered) Valid PA Department of Education Licensure in Speech Language Pathology (or provisional license for CFs. Can help with this!) PA Department of Education School Speech Language Pathologist K-12 certification (education specialist I or II) - will offer assistance with this
