Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a supportive educational setting in Morton, PA. This contract position offers a rewarding experience working with diverse caseloads in varied locations, focusing on early intervention and school-age populations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services within early intervention programs across Marple, Aston, and Folcroft. Deliver therapy to the school-age population at the Marple Education Center. Support students in the Low Incidence Program at the Marple Education Center. Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet the needs of each student.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist License. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working in school settings preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage varied caseloads and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Location:
Morton, PA, with caseloads in surrounding communities including Marple, Aston, and Folcroft.
