Desired Background and Skills:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license in PA and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Experience with school-based SLP services preferred Comfortable working with children in specialized programs or with significant learning needs Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students in the Low Incidence Program Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment goals, and implement therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student progress Maintain accurate records, write progress updates, and participate in IEP meetings Provide consultation and strategies to the educational team to support student communication needs
