Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to support an Early Intervention program serving diverse school districts. This contract position offers flexible hours with a minimum commitment of two days per week, ideally full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Location:
Broomall, Pennsylvania, with service areas including Upper Darby, Darby, Collingdale, Sharon Hill, Glenolden, Lansdowne, Ridley Park, Yeadon, Clifton Heights, Aston, Broomall, and Philadelphia.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid SLP license. Certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE); Emergency certifications accepted. Experience working in school settings or Early Intervention programs preferred. Flexibility to work within assigned geographic zones. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and educational teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to eligible children within the designated zones. Manage a caseload collaboratively with two other SLPs in the Early Intervention program. Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in accordance with program guidelines. Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. Adjust scheduling as needed to accommodate client and program needs while maintaining service quality.
