Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' communication growth in a dynamic school environment near Nazareth, PA. This assignment is approximately from December 13 to February 25 and offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload of about 65 students, ranging from grades 3-12. You'll experience a consistent daily schedule, spending the early morning hours at the junior high/high school and the remainder of the day at S.S. Palmer, with school hours from 7:15-9:00 and then 9:00-2:30.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with school-aged populations, preferably within grades 3-12 Strong knowledge of educational IEPs, therapy documentation, and progress reporting Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 65 students, grades 3-12 Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans Implement and track progress on IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and staff Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including assessment results and session notes Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success This role offers educators the opportunity to make a lasting difference in students' academic and social journeys while providing a structured, predictable daily routine.
