Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at a dynamic educational setting in the New Oxford, PA area. This on-site role spans the entire school building, providing essential SLP services to a diverse student population for the upcoming academic year. The position runs from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours each week. Ideal candidates will leverage their expertise to support students' communication skills and overall success in a collaborative educational environment. As part of a dedicated team, you'll deliver direct interventions, conduct assessments, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student achievement.

Requirements for consideration:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification (SLP - CCC) Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required (must be submitted with resume) Experience providing SLP services at the K-12 level in school environments Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to onsite services (no virtual/remote option) Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Primary responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across all grades (K-12) Provide direct therapy addressing speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication needs Develop, monitor, and update IEP goals in alignment with individual student needs Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support personnel to optimize student support Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy notes Engage in team meetings and contribute to strategies for student success If you are passionate about supporting students' communication and academic growth, this is your chance to bring your skills to an impactful setting.
