Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP-CCC certification Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication and organization skills Compassion, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy for students according to individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine students' needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate communication strategies across classrooms Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to student support teams Develop and adapt therapy materials to meet unique student requirements Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
