Desired Experience/Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in school-based settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
Your Role Includes:
Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders Delivering direct speech therapy services to students, both individually and in groups Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to student needs Monitoring and documenting student progress Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings Educating staff and families on strategies for communication improvement
