Speech and Language Pathologist
Job Description
This full-time position seeks a qualified Speech and Language Pathologist to support students' communication, social, and academic development. Requirements include a Master's Degree, Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate, Speech Pathologist License, and relevant clearances (Act 34, 151, FBI, Act 126 & 71). A minimum of 1 year of speech therapy experience is required, with a preferred bachelor's degree. The role involves developing individualized speech and language plans, conducting screenings and evaluations, participating in IEP development, and collaborating with staff, families, and community agencies. Responsibilities include supervising students, supporting curriculum modifications, maintaining records, and promoting positive learning environments.
