A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

We are a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Early Intervention agency seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to work with children ages birth to 3 in their homes, daycares, community settings, or via teletherapy (if requested by the parent). You choose the number of clients, your travel area, and the schedule that works best for you. Caseloads vary depending on your availability. Education & Experience Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred License Requirements Active Speech-Language Pathology License for the State of Pennsylvania What We're Looking For An individual with: Strong organizational and communication skills Flexibility and patience Attention to detail and physical endurance A solid understanding of child development and early communication A professional demeanor at all times Job Responsibilities Include Provide Early Intervention services to support speech, language, and communication development Meet families in their natural environments (home, daycare, etc.) Coach caregivers on strategies to support their child's communication skills Monitor and document each child's progress Identify family priorities and concerns Write detailed session notes with carryover suggestions for everyday routines Complete quarterly reports and contribute to IFSP updates Attend IFSP meetings and collaborate with team members Perform other duties as needed At Happy Hearts LLC, we believe families have the biggest impact on their child's development—and we're here to support and empower them every step of the way.

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to work with children ages birth to 3 in homes, daycares, community settings, or via teletherapy (if requested by the parent). You choose your hours, caseload, and travel area within Schuylkill, Berks, and/or Lebanon Counties, Pennsylvania .
