Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Pennsylvania state SLP license and required clearances Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy Excellent communication skills for working alongside students, families, and educators Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Core Responsibilities:

Provide thorough assessments and implement individualized therapy for students with communication and swallowing disorders Develop and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with the educational team Deliver engaging interventions to support language, voice, fluency, and articulation needs in early intervention caseloads Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school policies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights for student success Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student care
