This rewarding part-time contract position is perfect for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a flexible role near Reading, PA. Your expertise will support students growth, communication, and academic success as you collaborate with educators and families within a supportive school community.
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania (PA SLP license required) Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not mandatory Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload across K-12 grade levels Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, focusing on individual needs Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal regulations Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and report on student progress Communicate effectively with students, educators, and families to support individualized goals Participate in team meetings as needed and contribute to a collaborative environment This opportunity provides the stability of a part-time contract, working just two days per week, allowing a balanced schedule while still making an impact within the school community.
