This full-time role supports children in grades K12, allowing you to focus on your specialtyspeech-language pathologywithin a school environment that values expertise spanning pediatric, early childhood, and elementary populations. The school encourages candidates with varying levels of experience and considers both local and travel professionals.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania) Experience with pediatric populations, specifically school-aged children (K12) Familiarity working with a range of needs, from mild/moderate to profound Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset Prior school-based SLP experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across K12 Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse caseloads Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and special education staff Monitor and document student progress toward measurable goals Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise as a valued team member Adapt therapy techniques to suit children with a variety of strengths and challenges As part of this role, enjoy competitive weekly pay, a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, and a 401(k) program with company matching.
