9676356-18504 Job Description Take the next step in your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This full-time contract position is based near Scranton, providing support in a well-established educational environment with a diverse student population. Youll work collaboratively with educators, families, and other support staff to make a difference in students communication and academic achievements.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid and current SLP license for Pennsylvania Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Ability to manage a K-12 caseload Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Familiarity with IEP development and educational documentation
Responsibilities:
Conduct screening, assessment, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students educational goals Deliver direct therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain detailed and timely records, including progress reports and documentation for IEP meetings Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications Participate in professional development and school-based meetings as required Benefits include a flexible contract structure that offers both professional stability and variety.
