Laughter and Language, LLC is looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists to join our Early Intervention team (Birth to Three). Fayette County Allegheny County Washington County Indiana County Westmoreland County Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services in homes, childcare centers, and community settings Utilize a family coaching model to support caregiver implementation of strategies Collaborate with families and Early Intervention team members to support IFSP outcomes Complete session documentation and required county paperwork in a timely manner Participate in IFSP meetings, annual reviews, and team collaboration as needed Maintain compliance with county and state Early Intervention requirements Communicate professionally with families, service coordinators, and team members Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Pennsylvania SLP License Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Strong communication and organizational skills Pediatric and/or Early Intervention experience preferred but not required What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly rates Choose your preferred service area Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth Meaningful work that directly impacts children and families Join our team and help children develop communication skills where learning happens best—within their everyday routines and relationships.
