This full-time opportunity focuses solely on providing direct speech-language servicesMedicaid billing is not requiredallowing you to center your expertise where it matters most: with students. With the support of a para facilitating sessions and the streamlined EdPlan IEP system, your workday flows smoothly, and progress monitoring is structured quarterly, never requiring you to disrupt student therapy for paperwork. You'll serve a caseload of 13 students per day, including those with speech-only needs and students with speech as a secondary disability, including nonverbal, ASD, and higher-needs children. Your skills as a consistent, engaging, and communicative professional will foster meaningful progress. Experience with virtual platforms is valued and will be given strong consideration.

Key qualifications:

Active CCC-SLP certification PA Teaching Certificate and all required Pennsylvania clearances Experience with K-6 caseloads, including higher-needs, nonverbal, and ASD students Familiarity with EdPlan IEP system preferred Strong interpersonal skills; adaptable and engaging with students Previous virtual service delivery experience preferred Tech screening completed and, if required, clinical exceptions on file before starting Key responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based therapy to a diverse student population Document progress using the EdPlan system Collaborate with paras and school staff to facilitate engaging sessions Uphold clear, consistent communication with school partners and families Sustain a predictable scheduleno need to rearrange therapy for progress reporting This contract runs through June 11, 2027, with 37.5 hours per week and a competitive hourly rate up to $55, structured around your professional experience.
