Job Description

Full-Time or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Location:
Quincy Village | Waynesboro, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Quincy Village in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. This could be a great fit for an SLP who enjoys working with older adults and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team. Our therapists have the opportunity to use their judgment, build meaningful relationships, and focus on thoughtful, individualized care. What You'll Do Complete evaluations related to speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident's needs and goals Help residents maintain or improve communication, cognitive function, safe swallowing, independence, and quality of life Support residents in staying connected to the people, activities, and conversations that matter most to them Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident's goals Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Be part of a positive, supportive therapy environment What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong communication and collaboration skills A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care Full-Time Benefits For eligible full-time team members: Health, dental, and vision insurance Accident, life, disability, and critical illness coverage Six paid holidays PTO with full annual rollover and no rollover cap 401(k) Free continuing education through CEU360 Part-Time Benefits For eligible part-time team members: Six paid holidays PTO with full annual rollover and no rollover cap 401(k) Free continuing education through CEU360 What You'll Find at Benchmark Support from approachable clinical leadership A collaborative therapy team Meaningful one-on-one time with residents An environment where clinicians are trusted, respected, and encouraged to share their input Whether you're looking for a full-time position or a part-time schedule, we'd be happy to tell you more about the opportunity and the team at Quincy Village.
