Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based West Chester, PA Immediate Start & ESY & 2026-2027 School Year Soliant Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This role offers a consistent schedule, a single-site assignment, and the opportunity to work with a specialized student population.

ASAP through End of School Year (EOSY)

ESY:

July 6th - August 21st

NSY:

2026-2027 school year continuation

Hours:

35 hours per week

School Sites:

1 assigned location

Caseload & Responsibilities:

Caseload of approximately 30-35 students Ages 7-21 High-level autism population, many non-verbal students Provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and support IEP development and implementation Collaborate with staff and families to support student progress

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Pennsylvania SLP license Pennsylvania Educator Certificate

REQUIRED

Experience with autism and non-verbal populations strongly preferred
