Job Description
E-Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to deliver virtual speech and language services to K-12 students nationwide. In this fully remote role, you will conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP-driven treatment plans, provide direct and indirect teletherapy sessions, and document progress using data-driven tools. You'll collaborate with school teams and families, ensure compliance with IDEA and state regulations, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Provide bilingual virtual speech and language evaluations for K-12 students Develop, implement, and update IEP-driven treatment plans Deliver individual and group teletherapy sessions Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic systems Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams Ensure compliance with IDEA and state regulations Participate in virtual meetings, IEPs, and professional development Use secure teletherapy platforms and troubleshoot basic tech issues Support a positive, student-centered, and family-engaged care model Required Skills Bilingual communication (English/Spanish or similar) Pediatric speech and language assessment IEP development and documentation Teletherapy platforms and technology Articulation and phonological disorder treatment Language, fluency, and voice disorder treatment Progress monitoring and data analysis Knowledge of IDEA and school-based compliance Collaboration with multidisciplinary school teams Electronic health/education records documentation
