Empowered Therapy Collective is a pediatric therapy practice serving families across Northwest Arkansas. We specialize in speech and occupational therapy with a strong focus on neurodiversity-affirming, child-led care. Position Overview We are seeking a Part Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our pediatric caseload as we are continuing to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who values flexibility, collaboration, and ethical care. You'll work with children with a variety of communication needs, partnering closely with families and our OT team. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric speech and language disorders Support areas including expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC, feeding and social communication Collaborate with families, educators, and therapy team members Complete timely, accurate documentation Provide strengths-based, affirming therapy services Qualifications Active Arkansas SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred) Pediatric experience required Familiarity with neurodiversity-affirming practices strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Why Work With Us Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly compensation Supportive environment Focus on quality care—not productivity quotas Opportunity for role growth as the practice expands
