Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Minnesota SLP licensure or eligibility required Prior school-based and/or pediatric experience preferred Must be able to work onsite; hybrid schedule considered Experience with diverse student populations a plus Candidates requiring CF supervision or SLPA candidates cannot be considered for this position

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services to PreK-12th grade students Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment programs Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Accommodate flexible scheduling based on building needs (hours generally 8-4) Support culturally and linguistically diverse students to achieve their educational goals
