Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with diverse speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with staff and families Provide direct therapeutic services on-site or remotely through secure teletherapy platforms Maintain accurate service records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with educational teams Offer consultative support to educators and caregivers to facilitate generalization of therapy objectives Experience a position where you can see the impact of your expertise every day, while growing your professional skills in a supportive school community.
