9595865-85131 Job Description Step into an engaging full-time contract opportunity designed for a Speech-Language Pathologist whos passionate about supporting students in grades Kindergarten through 8th. In this dynamic role, youll work 4 days a week, totaling 30 hours, collaborating with educators and families to make a meaningful difference in a school-based environment near Eloy, AZ.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license and print card are required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is highly desirable Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to create individualized treatment plans and support students diverse in age and need
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students in K-8th grade, addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with staff and families to foster student success Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each childs unique needs Leverage technology and resources to enhance service delivery Take advantage of two days per month with remote, work-from-home flexibility for evaluations, documentation, and planning This position provides a blend of on-campus interaction and periodic remote flexibility, making it ideal for professionals seeking variety and autonomy in their workweek.
