Qualifications:
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas Experience working in K-12 schools, with a strong understanding of educational and pediatric SLP needs CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply Compassionate communicator and dedicated advocate for student growth
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in students Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services for assigned caseload (elementary or secondary students) Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies Utilize creative, evidence-based approaches to address speech and language goals Support educational staff through consultation and training on best practices
