This contract position ensures youll make a difference as you support students at critical stages of their development, with a primary focus on grades K-6. Each SLP oversees a manageable caseload of approximately 35 students, allowing time for individualized care and impact. What Were Looking For:
Current PA Speech-Language Pathology Certification (required) Proven experience as a school-based SLP, including work with pediatric and K-12 populations Credentials such as CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or strong CFY considered Demonstrated skills in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with school-based procedures and documentation; comfort using technology platforms for IEP and progress tracking Passion, adaptability, and initiative in supporting students communication development
