This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist ready to work onsite with the flexibility to work from home up to two days each month. Youll collaborate closely with an engaged team, serving either an elementary or secondary caseloadwhichever fits your strengths best. Qualifications and Experience Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas Clinical Certification (CCC), CFY, or relevant experience with pediatric and school-based populations Previous professional experience in a school setting Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with students, families, and staff Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive educational atmosphere Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals Provide direct and consultative services to students with communication disorders Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and success Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and special education staff to create individualized support strategies Benefits and Perks Enjoy a competitive weekly pay structure as part of your compensation.
