A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

Play & Thrive Speech Therapy is a small, clinician-owned pediatric practice providing strengths-based, play-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care. We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team at our Linthicum Heights office. Position Highlights Full-time, W-2 salaried position starting at $77,500 Flexible schedule with dedicated indirect time built into the workweek Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and retirement matching Supportive, collaborative team environment within a clinician-led practice About the Role This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with neurodivergent children, values play-based and strengths-based therapy, and wants to be part of a thoughtful, growing practice. You'll join a team of SLPs who are committed to neurodiversity-affirming care, AAC, and supporting families in ways that feel practical, respectful, and individualized.
